Linda Bluestein, M.D.
Linda Bluestein, M.D. received her Medical Degree (M.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She completed her internship and anesthesiology residency at the prestigious Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Bluestein is board certified through the American Board of Anesthesiologists.
In 2017, Dr. Bluestein combined her passion for healthy living, her medical expertise and desire to help those with complex, painful medical conditions to open Wisconsin Integrative Pain Specialists (WIPS). Since that time, Dr. Bluestein has helped countless people restore function and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Bluestein is also a nationally and internationally sought speaker. She volunteers much of her time to help those with EDS and related disorders by serving as the Education Chair for EDS Wellness as well as Medical Consultant to both EDS Awareness and EDS Wisconsin. Dr. Bluestein helped to create the first online EDS CME (Continuing Medical Education) program and continues to serve as their Physician Director. Thousands of participants from around the world have improved their knowledge of EDS and related disorder through this unique program.
As a former ballet dancer, Dr. Bluestein has a unique interest in treating dancers, gymnasts, circus performers and other people at increased risk of hypermobility disorders. Her love of dance and genuine understanding of these athletes is paramount to accurately diagnosing and effectively treating these individuals. Her international work continues to raise awareness and provide education regarding how people can live life to the fullest.
Jennifer Varga, M.P.H., R.D.
Jennifer Varga M.P.H., R.D. is a Registered Dietitian who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Master's in Public Health Nutrition from Loma Linda University. Jennifer has also completed an internship at Baylor Health Systems in Houston, Texas. Jennifer currently provides education and consultation to major academic centers throughout the West Coast. Jennifer's specialty is utilizing the functionality of foods with their immune modulating and anti-inflammatory components to improve disease management. There are many outcomes of pain treatment that an optimal diet can positively impact such as sleep, energy and mental functioning. Certain dietary recommendations can curtail complications related to opioids as well as serve as positive adjuncts to chronic pain treatment. Jennifer is passionate about helping her clients discover the optimal balance of nourishing foods, exercise and living tips to help you live your most delicious life!
